Analysis of the Knowledge Spillover Mechanism in Supply Chain Management

摘要：

In the era of knowledge economy, competition between enterprises has also increased to that between supply chains. While the growing process of supply chain virtually is the process of knowledge creation and knowledge innovation, knowledge spillover plays a very important role. This paper primarily explores the mechanism of knowledge spillover in SCM and draws the conclusion that it depends on the effective integration of the knowledge management process, spiral knowledge creation, and the interaction between knowledge creation and knowledge innovation.
