Study on Service Innovation Based on Network
There are three ways of studying innovation in services: technologists, service-oriented and integrative approach. The integrative approach is a theory relevant for service and manufacturing. Gallouj and Weinstein1 take this approach in innovation analysis. This article revises their theory and reasons about recent innovation trends in network organizations and in the distribution of services. Whats more, it discusses the implications for the study of innovation in terms of results from recent service-oriented studies.
