Library Service-New Think and New Tactics

The ultimate goal of the library is to provide the good or even excellent service to the readers. These authors want to analyze the excellent service connotation of SERVICE for a literal interpretation, the formation of quality service and the readers point of view. We propose the measures of paying attention to, as well as satisfying, the readers expectations, implementing the strategy of librarians satisfactory, deepening the service connotation, and building a harmonious service environment. This paper gives a discussion on how to privide excellent service in a university library.
