Study on the Knowledge Service Communization of Shanghai University Library

摘要：

Knowledge Service (KS) is of paramount importance for the community and a university library is no exception. In this paper, we provide aSWOT analysis of KS communization in Shanghai university library. The paper expounds the main issues faced by the university library and identifies measures that can be established to achieve some specific objectives.
