Qualitative Analysis of Information Content
In the process of informatization, freedom of information and information regulation always needs to be balanced. A U.S. Internet diplomatic incident prompted us to think more about the border of freedom of information and information regulation. The relationship between the two has been discussed in many writings from the general sense, but this paper proceeds with the analysis of the nature and value of information content, and further analyzes illegal information, bad information, harmful information and spare information usually referred to in legislation and practice. This makes the qualitative analysis of information content to clarify the understanding of information content, to clear the limits of regulation and freedom from the view of content, and to provide a study path of determining the boundaries of freedom of information and information regulation.
