User research at the maturity stage of product lifecycle

摘要：

Usability engineering, which is based on user research, ought to be incorporated throughout the whole lifecycle of the product. A typical user research process in the maturity period of products is described. Suggested that effectively conducting user research at the maturity stage of product lifecycle could help to improve the services and quality of existing product, maintain the user loyalty, prolong the lifecycle, and have positive impact on its sustainable development.
