Numerical Analysis Magnetic Airtight Installation for Rotary Forced-Air Cooler

The magnetic field distribution of new magnetic airtight installation for a rotary forced-air cooler is analyzed by finite element analysis software produced by ANSYS company, and the magnetic flux density of sealing gap is analyzed and discussed respectively in X and Y directions. The results show that in the magnetic airtight installatio with large gap, there is little effect on the magnetic field strength if changing sealing distance, but changing th eamount of magnet can make magnetic field strength greatly improved and obtain ideal airtight effect. The practice shows that the magnetic airtight method and structure can be very effective to solove the leakage problems of a rotary forced-air cooler. So the exhausted gas can be recycled and the efficiency of resource utilization can be improved ,therefore, cost is reduced, and good economic benefits can be obtained.
