Analysis the Core Competence of Forestry Enterprise Based on Value Chain

摘要：

Forestry enterprise plays a very important role in our daily life. This paper analyzes the business contents of forestry enterprise by means of value chain, dissects the constitution of value chain and the key activities, repeals the relationship between value- chain management and core competence of forestry enterprise, and at last, proposes the reconstructed value-chain management model and the corresponding recommendations.
