Economic Analysis of the Internalization of Ecological Compensation
Internalization of ecological compensation is the core objective of making ecological compensation policy. This article firstly studied on the eco-producfion from the perspective of economics, pointed out the objectivity of its externalities, market failure and government fail ure. Then the paper introduced the survey of Taihang Mountain hilly area, studied on the routes of the internalization ecological compensation of Taihang Mountain hilly area through em pirical research. This paper provided some policy proposals which attempt to establish and make necessary amendment to the mechanism of internalization of ecological compensation. The most importance is innovation of the ecoeconomics model and change of development conception.
