The Carbon Sinks Effect and Economics Analysis on the Projectof Biodiesel Raw Material Forestry of Xanthoceras in Heilongjiang Province
In order to deal with the problem of climate change, and slow down the trend of global warming, at the same time, to relieve the conflict between the economic development and the energy supply, the energy substitutes is being paid more and more attention in coun tries around the world, especially for the use of biodiesel instead of fossil fuels. The China Green Carbon Fund is making persistent efforts on the bio-diese production and the forest car bon sinks. The demonstration project of Xanthoceras bio-diesel raw material forest (XBRF), which is carried out by the China Green Carbon Fund is the subject of this study. This paper attaches the importance on the biodiesel production and the forest carbon sinks. Based on the analysis of the carbon sinks effect of the demonstration project of Xanthoceras bio-diesel raw material forest inHeilongjiang province, the economic value of the project has been reached as the conclusion.
