An electro-hydraulic load-sensing servo system
One of the promising technique for the energy saving of the electrohydraulic servo control system is the application of load sensing control. Conventional theoretical and practical application of the loadsensing technical mainly deals with the singleactuating cylinder. Described in this paper is the differential load-sensitive valve system to control a bi-directional hydraulic cylinder, in which the key control component P-Q valve is specially designed. The dynamic model is first established to the differential load-sensitive P-Q valve controlled hydraulic system. Linear modular approach is adopted to the dynamics analysis of systems, coordinating physical system. Then, the nonlinear model is constructed and numerically analyzed under the environment of Simulink in Matlab. Finally the P-Q valve control differential load sensing servo system is build up for experiment and theoretical result is verified.
