Development of hydraulic cylinder test-bed with proportional control valves and Lab VIEW

Based on the technology of virtual instrument and proportional control, the test-bed of hydraulic components is designed and developed, which comprised of pump station and five kinds of components test rigs including cylinder test rig. Hydraulic control system, and computer data acquisition and processing system are introduced. The development application on the hydraulic cylinder has improved the automation and intelligent level and test efficiency and precision of the experiment course based on virtual instrument and computer control. It is proved that the test-bed is successful after operating test and performance test.
