Efficiency and heating quantity analysis of the constant pressure hydraulic system in the lifting condition
The constant pressure hydraulic system with the hydraulic pump and accumulator as constant oil source is often used in the machine of restoring and reusing energy, such as restoring the potential energy and inertial energy. The characteristic of this constant pressure hydraulic ?system differs greatly from that of conventional pump-control and valve-control hydraulic system. Since this constant pressure hydraulic system is used more and more, in order to make use of this hydraulic system well, it is necessary to conduct analysis on this hydraulic system to deeply understand the special law of this constant pressure hydraulic system. The mathematical model of the constant pressure hydraulic system in lifting condition is established, and the efficiency and heating quantity formulae are deduced. By analyzing these formulae some conclusions are obtained: (1) The larger the mass of the object lifted, the higher the lifting efficiency is; (2) The larger the mass of the object lifted, the smaller the heating quantity is. The constant pressure system with composite cylinder which can improve efficiency and lower heating quantity in the lifting condition is discussed.
