Mathematical model and simulation study on valve control cylinder system for adaptive feed-back control accumulator
It is discoveried that because the system work station changes stilly during work, if we want to get the best work effect, optimal charge pressure and air champer volume should be different. So against this kind of bladder accumulator that its charge pressure and air champer may adjust to meet mutiform work station, one new valve control cylinder system is designed. Airs stiffness and damping coefficient will change as its charge pressure and air champer change, because the cylinder is nonstandard. so it is not necessary to estimate the value of charge pressure and air champer according to out-of-date empirical formula. The value of charge pressure and air champer will be setted by valve control cylinder system. Then mathematical model of this system is founded through parameterization, and some mathematical analysis study work is finished about it. After that, the corresponding simulation model is founded in MATLAB/Simulink? software environment. Before similation, the simulation parameters are setted according the cylinders parameters that will be manufactured. During the simulation, when the pressure shock changes, some cylinders parameters such as the displacement and response time are obtained one by one. By validating the simulation, it will be identified whether the cylinders parameters and its work effect is optimal. This paper will present both mathematical model of the valve control cylinder system, and the optimal parameters of the cylinder in this system.
