Performance analysis and experimental research of the orbital motor
The rotor of the orbital motor is mainly effected by two kinds of force which are the meshing force and the hydraulic pressure. Force analysis of the rotor is presented. The hydraulic force is analyzed in detail. The pulsation of the output torque and the working rotational speed are presented. The formulas of the output torque and the inlet pressure are derived. The curves of the output torque at different pressure and the curves of the working pressure at different input load are also obtained. The inlet pressure pulsation is measured to reveal the realtime pressure characters. Spectrum analysis of the theoretical and the real-time pressure curve is carried out.
