The character research on constant pressure source system
Constant pressure energy source system consisting of constant pressure pump, accumulator, control valve, connection pipeline and inspection organ is widely used in engineering practice. The control system is non-linear and real-time, each part of which is interactive. In the process of establishing a mathematic model, the premise is ignoring pressure influence of energy sources. Usually constant pressure pump is chosen and the main problems are how to select proper accumulator and pipeline structure to ensure the stable output of constant pressure network. Beginning with the integrative function, in the paper, a mathematic model of energy source system is built, which includes constant pressure pump, accumulator and pipeline. Furthermore, a simulation program serving commonly is made by means of Matlab/Simulink. The program simulates the static and dynamic characteristics of the model. Comparing the results of simulation and experiment, the mathematic model is testified to be correct. Moreover, the research provides support on how to confirm the equipment parameter properly, improve the stability of energy source system and enhance the control precision by reasonable confirming the equipment parameter.
