The research of the reversing pounding mechanism and reversing smoothness of worktable of the HZ-KD6520×8 grinding machine

This paper studies the reversing pounding mechanism and reversing smoothness of the high-speed, largescale, fluid-drive worktable of the HZ-KD6520×8 plat grinding machine, discusses the metewand and performance indicators of the reversing smoothness, analyzes several control curves of transient process of electro-hydraulic proportional reversing system, and evaluates systems on the basis of the pounding degree. Put forward a optimal control curve, and prove that this curve can make the pounding degree of reversing transient process minish through simulating test, then the reversing process of machine worktable reaches stated smoothness.
