Dynamic characteristics analysis for steering cylinder and pipeline
Hydraulic cylinders are widely used as actuators for shipping, construction, airplanes and military machines. In the case of these devices, due to their use under some particular environmental conditions, such as under water, quiet required and small vibration environment which has an exact prediction method for flow rate and pressure have normally been required. These characteristics are largely influenced by the flow rate and pressure pulsation, such as the pulsation from power source. Recently, many studies have been undertaken regarding the dynamic characteristics for hydraulic cylinder, and the computed result always do not refer to the influence of pipeline connected with hydraulic cylinder, if the pipeline using in the hydraulic system is too long to should not consider the influence acting on the hydraulic cylinder System. In order to verify this problem, the present paper take attention to the pipeline connected with steering cylinder. Flowrate transfer function has been derived at the background of considering the pipeline connected with steering cylinder system.
