Simulation of separate meter in and separate meter out control of electro hydraulic load sensing system
Introduce to Separate Meter In and Separate Meter Out (SM1SMO) Control of Electro Hydraulic Load Sensing (EHLS) System composition structure and work principle. SMISMO control system used two 3 direction/3 way control valves to replace the traditional proportional or servo valve to control actuator speed. System control degree of freedom is increased. Simulation model of SMISMO control system has been built to study the control characteristic and energy saving characteristic. According to system work modes, two controller is designed, the motion controller is based on calculation flow feedback, the pressure level controller is built for energy saving. Also the effect of structure parameters variation of the control valve to control system is studied by simulation. Results show, SMISMO control system has achieved good speed control accuracy as well as energy saving characteristic. When the resonance frequency of the control valve is lower than 5Hz, the control precision is decreased greatly. When the damping of control valve is lower than 0.4 , the velocity overshoot is high, Step dead band compensation have improved system response, Through parameter optimization for the control valve, studied system is promising for application in mobile machine.
