A force control of electro-hydraulic load simulator using online tuning fuzzy PID based a robust extend Kalman filter
This paper presents a new kind of hydraulic testing machine named electro-hydraulic load simulator (EHLS) for conducting performance and stability test for control forces of hydraulic hybrid systems. In order to improve the control performance of hydraulic systems, an online tuning fuzzy PID controller based on a robust extended Kalman filter (REKF) is also proposed in this study. Experiments are carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed control method with respect to hydraulic systems in varied disturbances of working environment.
