Analysis and compensation for friction in hydraulic oscillating system of continuous casting mould
The continuous casting mould oscillating equipments can ensure the slab and walls of mould not to be slabby together to obtain good cast slab surface quality. Therefore, hydraulic oscillating systems should keep some characteristics of exact tracks, high precise and good stability. In order to improve the system performance, it is necessary to compensate the friction force. Proposes a dynamic friction compensation method according to a new friction model (LuGre friction model). The simulation results indicate this new friction model has good compensation effects and can compensate friction force dynamically. This method provides an efficient way to design high precision, low speed electrohydraulic servo system.
