Study on the experiment of vehicle simulation based on secondary regulation
The secondary regulation technology is a new energy saving hydraulic transmission technology, which can make several loads work parallel in a constant network system, and each secondary unit is regard as a control axle. The experimental system of vehicle simulation based on secondary regulation is a three axis loading system, including drive part and right and left wheel loading part, which is a typical several loading system working parallel, so it is a good choice to simulate the vehicle using secondary regulation technology. The basic theory of the test system is analyzed. In order to require high dynamic characteristics and energy saving effective, the DCS control system is used. The experiment shows that the Vehicle Simulation Based on Secondary Regulation can acquire good control characteristics and energy saving.
