Experimental investigation on the vacuum generated by cylinder exhaust system
This paper introduces the principle of the vacuum generated by cylinder exhaust system, and studies the influence factors of the cylinders motion situation and the vacuum pressure, such as the pressure of air supply, the effective area of the speed controller and the nozzle diameter of the vacuum ejector. The results of the experiments show that the working time of the cylinder will obviously become much longer with the vacuum ejector system, and with the same vacuum ejector, it has no effect on the pressure of the vacuum to increase pressure of the air supply and the effective area of the speed controllers, when the pressure of the air supply is higher than the certain value. These experimental investigations have certain significance to the practical application of energysaving pneumatic system.
