Study on principles of external condensation of water vapor in pneumatic system
The reasons of external condensation in the typical pneumatic system are analyzed. The temperature of the elements will change while the temperature of the air in pneumatic system changes. The concepts of departure ability and return ability are given. And the equilibrium temperature is determined by the departure ability and return ability. If the equilibrium temperature is equal to or lower than the dew point of the air, the external condensation will occur; otherwise, the external condensation will not occur, which can be used as the judgment warrant of the external condensation. The experiments are carried out to verify the judgment warrant.
