Study on vortex non-contact holder

摘要：

Non-contact holders can be used in a variety of industrial processes, e.g. IC, food, etc. in this paper, the basic of a vortex non-contact holder is described, which is based on vortex vacuum effect. The relationships between the lifting force of the vortex non-contact- holder and the structural parameters, such as radius, height and working distance of the holder, as well as inlet pressure, have been investigated by simulation and experiment.
