The calibrated flow impact analysis on the there friction pairs of plunger pump
The main invalidation mode of aviation hydraulic plunger pump is the increasing of calibrated flow. The plunger pumps work condition change and abrasion of three pairs friction pairs can lead to inner leak and make calibrated flow changed, so as to volumetric efficiency decline to not satisfy the demand. This paper explores the increasing trend of calibrated flow in normal abrasion condition through many experiments, compares the effect degree of different friction pairs abrasion to the performance of hydraulic plunger pump. Furthermore, this paper makes reasonable theory analysis and calculation, confirm prominent factor, thereby it has significant direction meaning to improve the performance of crucial friction pairs of plunger pump and repair.
