Analysis on the effect of accumulator volume for hoisting hydraulic pumping units
Energy saving of the pumping unit is one of effective methods for lowering the cost of oil production. Under the analysis of pumping units used in the oil field, the characteristics and principles of hydraulic hoisting pumping unit are introduced, speed feedback control strategy is designed, and whole set simulating model was built up using MATLAB software. According to the model, the equipped power, element parameters, energy consumption and recovery are calculated. It is shown that the performance of the system is greatly affected by the determination of the accumulator volume. The study can be the foundation of the structure design and product development of the system.
