Dynamic simulation and research on the undersurface of sliding shoe for CY and KZB axial piston pump

In order to study the dynamic process and influence factor of sliding shoe operation in CY and KZB axial piston pump ,pipe capacity model of piston-sliding shoe and Mathematical mode of the surface of sliding shoe for this two kinds of pumps are established by using pipe dynamic principle of fluid transmission .Then, researches on dynamic simulation and experiment on the undersurface of sliding shoe for CY and KZB axial piston pump are made .And the thickness of oil film and the pressure changes on the undersurface of sliding shoe were shown in the form of curves .Thus ,it provides more optimum design of piston pump.
