Numerical computation and analysis of temperature field of hydraulic motor pump
Finite element models of the flow field and temperature field of the axial piston hydraulic motor pump has been established based on the software ANSYS/FLOTRAN, numerical simulation of the flow field coupling with numerical simulation of temperature field has been carried out and the distribution and analysis indicates that flowing fluid inside the motor pump stator can take most of the heat produced by the motor pump outside, keep the temperature of the motor pump within normal value 40 ℃.The heat conductivity of the stator winding have greater influence on the distribution of the temperature field. The research work provides reliable data for the design and optimization of the cooling channel.
