Progress of research on pipeline dynamic characteristics and influence to hydraulic control system

Pipeline is an important component of hydraulic servo control system. The dynamic characteristics of pipeline have significant impacts on the celerity, accuracy and reliability of hydraulic servo control system. The basic of research on influence of pipeline dynamic characteristics to hydraulic servo control system is to establish a distributed parametric model which can lay out the relation of each variable accurately. It is not easy to satisfy the Real-time demand during the course of controlling because the dynamic model of pipeline contains the Bessel function and hyperbolic function, which are complex to be calculated, therefore some approximate treatment have to be used to reduce the computing time as the prerequisite to enough precision, so that fit for actual applications. In this article, it has been analyzed synthetically in recent years that the progress of research on pipeline dynamic characteristics and the influence to hydraulic control system, and some comparison is made which on accuracy and instantaneous among several existent similar modeling methods, according to the result of the comparison, the foreground of the use in hydraulic control system of the dynamic characteristic of pipeline is forecasted.
