Simulation platform of hydraulic screw-up for 1420 rolling mill
In order to analyses the influence of various factors on strip accuracy in the rolling process, and choose right control strategies, it is important to simulate on hydraulic screw-up control system. Based on the analysis of produc -tion process of cold continuous rolling mills, the mathematical model of rolling dynamic process character -istic has been built in a two DOF roller system load equation. It adapts to kinds of feedback-controls. The dynamic characteristics of hydraulic screw-up system under different conditions are also analysised. This dissertation, analysis dynamic characteristic of the hydraulic servo control system,such as servo systems control precision,response time and system stability,steel strips thickness under kinds of control strategies at the same condition. The results also can be applied to the effects on thickness with entry thickness variation and enactment parameters of control system variation.
