Study on modeling and simulation of concrete pump oscillating system

According to the working principle of the concrete pump oscillating system, by analyzing the kinematics and dynamics of the S -Tube distribution valve, the simulation model of the oscillating system is established by using AMESim, and the simulation is carried out. The simulation result indicates that the pressure shock of the oscillating system occurs at the time when the direction of the switch valve is being changed, and at the time after the direction of the switch valve is changed. The pressure of the hydraulic pump is not a constant, it various with the oscillating load while the oscillating system changing its direction.
