The simulation and experimental study on jet field of high-pressure nozzle for phosphorus
It built 3-D model of the jet field of external gasliquid two-phase hypersonic turbulent in the highpressure nozzle for phosphorus and was simulated by k -ε model in Fluent software. And analyze the distribution rule between pressure field and velocity field. The outlet velocity of nozzle is proportional with systems pressure and inverse with spray distance. The hitting force of nozzle is proportional with spray velocity or systems pressure and inverse with spray distance. It predicted the best target distance through the simulation and proved by experiment. It provided a believable reference for the reasonable installation and application effect of the nozzle.
