Fault diagnosis of characteristics fusion based on rough set and principal component analysis in hydraulic pump
In order to solve the complexity of reflection mechanism on fault characteristics of hydraulic pump, a new method combining the characteristics of rough set (RS) and principal component analysis (PCA) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, this method uses vibration sensors and pressure sensor to collect signals; then the noise abatement is processed by wavelet packet so as to extract the parameter vector on time domain of vibration and pressure signals; Next, it realizes characteristics layers fusion after different types of the parameters vector data are matched; Lastly, it establishes diagnosis rules knowledge base of hydraulic pump through PCA and RS data processing and achieves fault diagnosis process. Furthermore, the validity of this method is verified through the simulated experimentation.
