Hilbert local-instantaneous spectrum analysis-based bearing fault diagnosis of dry vacuum pump
The Hilbert local-instantaneous spectrum analysis principle based on the Hilbert-Huang transform( HHT) is expounded. The HHT was applied to the bearing fault diagnosis of the dry vacuum pump. Through the experiment and analysis, it is showed that the HHT analysis method has higher resolution and accuracy in fault characteristic frequency extraction with respect to the traditional Hilbert transform envelope demodulation method.
