Hydraulic system reliability engineering application based on parallel principle

The faults and reliability analysis are made for the hydraulic system faults of walking beam furnace. The analysis result of reliable model shows that the system is cascade system has low reliability, and the failure of the system is mainly cased by oil pollution. The systems reliability is simulated. Based on the parallel principle, and common mode failure arised by oil pollution, the transformation plan of hydraulic system is drawn up, the transformation of the hydraulic valve and the hydraulic station is implemented. After the transformation, the reliability of the hydraulic system is compensated, and the system failure is eliminated. The operation results verified the transformation plan is feasible.
