Research on characteristics of hydraulic servovalve under vibration environment
The characteristics of a force-feedback electrohydraulic servo-valve under vibration whose direction is the same as the spool are presented. The spool and the armature-flapper group ware will endure added force derived from the vibrations acceleration. Mathematical simulation is made for such a situation. It is shown that vibration affects the spool displacement, and the effect changes due to different system pressure and load pressure, and the spool displacement is more sensitive to low frequency vibration. Nevertheless, it is possible to improve the anti-vibration characteristics by reducing the mass of the armature-flapper group ware, reducing the distance between the armature-flapper group ware center and its rotating center, and fortifying the rigidity of the flexure sleeve.
