RESEARCH ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT CAPACITY OF INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS
Industrial cluster has played an increasinlggly prominent role in regional economic development, and has received much attention from both the academic circle and the governments. This paper discusses the design principles of the evaluation indicator system for the sustainable development capacity of industrial clusters and a three-dimension analysis framework for the industrial cluster system-respectively the macro, meso-level and micro. Then it constructs an evaluation model for the sustainable development capacity of industrial clusters, and analyzes the contributing factors for the sustainable development capacity of industrial clusters. Based on a case study, it points out that critical factors affecting the sustainable development capacity of industrial clusters are the force of attraction, influence, diffusion, integration, open-up degree, and the innovation capacity. And the quantitative analysis and evaluation are discussed in the end.
