THE REFORM SYSTEM OF THE PRODUCT QUALITY ALONG WITH THE GLOBALIZATION
The level of the quality in many products was the top-level of the world in Japan in the 1980’s. But, a gap in the grade average of the product in the enterprise has been spreading out from former times in the present. A gap in the grade average is greatly divided, and there are an initial failure, a quality problem of shortening of the deterioration life and inconformity of the guarantee in it. This quality problem came to spread along with the globalization to the local production. It is greatly di vided, and it is the present condition to do two countermeasures to solve that. It is the quality control under stood fully, and one is the maintenance of the condition of the quality control that one conforms to the grade av erage of that country. The manufacturing that the height of the Japanese quality awareness was thought about is what kind of con dition, or it wants to examine it. And, though IS09000 is acquired, many enterprises propose it about building of QMS to face the matter for a grade average that not to rise.
