STUDY ON CONDITIONS AND CHOICE OF APPROACHES FOR PRACTICING RECYCLING ECONOMY
The paper elaborates on the necessity of developing recycling economies by China and their current devel opment and analyzes the crucial problems restraining the practice of recycling economy. The process the recy cling economy follows, its execution approaches and principle are also expounded. The value of technical and economic viability for recycling economy is then discussed based on case study of the plan for comprehensive u tilization of seawater at Caofeidian Industrial Zone.
