AN APPROACH FOR PRODUCTION SYSTEM REENGINEERING BASED ON THEORY OF CONSTRAINT AND SYSTEM DYNAMICS

摘要：

In this paper an approach for production system reengineering on Theory of Constraint and System Dynam ics is proposed. This approach emphasizes the importance of human factor by means of improving modeling methods for production systems, and it also overcomes the problems brought by constraint transfer by using Problem-solving Tree, Resource-using Tree and Matrix of Transfer of Constraint, which are first proposed in this paper as tools of supporting production process reengineering.
