THE STUDY OF FUNDS CENTRALIZED MANAGEMENT MODEL OF FINANCE COMPANIES IN CHINA

摘要：

In this paper the authors analyzed the finance company model of FCM from the aspect of funds settlement process, and drew a conclusion that there were three major models in the fields of FCM: the highly centralized model, the relatively centralized model and the linkage to settlement center model. On the base of comparisons and analysis of these models, the authors improved and adjusted the process of settlement to build two new models of FCM: the agent banks model and the virtual banks model. It may be the new direction for the fi nance company to centralize the funds for the group.
