CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF CHINA TEXTILE AND APPAREL BASED ON GAME THEORY

The driven force of Corporate Social Responsibility in China textile and apparel industry was analyzed and discussed in the paper. The relations of the game between multinational corporations, manufacturers and work ers in market union and social union were discussed respectively. Under the circumstances that it was hard for China textile and apparel enterprises to. execute social responsibility, the claim for the multinational brand ven dors or retailers which took a top-end in global value chain as well as substantive profit was put forward. It was necessary to appeal to them for changing their buying mode and undertaking more social accountability. Mean while it was urgent to improve the consciousness of social accountability in China textile and apparel enterprises and the maintenance of labor’s legal rights.
