A STUDY ON VIRTUAL TEAM CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS SYSTEM AND ITS PERFORMANCE EVALUATION MODEL

Based on the five-dimensional cridcal success factors model construction of virtual team, a set of virtual team performance evaluation indexes was designed. Then, by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and combining with the descriptive statistical analysis results of questionnaire survey, the weight coefficient of each index was calculated. Finally, a virtual team performance evaluation model was constructed on the basis of fuzzy evaluation theories.
