COORDINATION MODEL OF SMALL WHOLESALERS BASED ON ACTIVITY-BASED COSTING AND ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS
In this paper, we deal with practical management issues and survival strategies for regional smaller whole sale business. At first, we picked up Japanese traditional business customs and general advantages of regional wholesalers through many kinds of questionnaires. Also, we classified the dealing types based on the functions they recognized advantages by introducing correspondence analysis. We then discussed the new survival strate gies by considering the result of correspondence analysis, the traditional result, and also dealing types. At last, we discussed new strategies, which coordinated totally between four wholesalers, based on advantages of regional wholesale business by introducing ABC and AHP.
