FINANCE DEMAND AND FORM OF FINANCE INNOVATION FOR SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL MEDIUM- AND SMALL-SIZED ENTERPRISES
Scientific and technological medium- and small-sized enterprises play an important role in national econo my, financing matters, however, have always been the “bottleneck of their development. In light of the cap ital demand characteristics in different life cycles of the aforesaid enterprises, a multilevel financing system should be established and form of finance should be innovated in a comprehensive manner. Only in this way can the financing problems in scientific and technological medium and small-sized enterprises be effectively solved. Thus the recent considerations should involve seeking breakthroughs by establishing government scien tific and technological fund and angel investment fund, improving risk investment mechanism and building sec ond board markets.
