CAREER MANAGEMENT FOR TECHNICAL STAFF IN CHINA’S AMES
Aviation manufacturing is a talent-intensive industry. However, the turnover rate of the technical staff is rather high in China’s aviation manufacturing enterprises (AMEs). According to the HRM ( human resources management) experiences of many international companies, career management is an important measure to at tract, maintain and motivate the staff of modern enterprises. Based on the analysis to the survey of the techni ca staff, this paper proposes a scheme for career management of AMEs and discusses the implementation plans to motivate the talents.
