ENTERPRISE TRAINING: OPTIMAL INVESTMENT SYSTEM DESIGN UNDER RISK CONTROL

摘要：

Enterprise training as an important mode of human capital investment, accompanied with training risks, the equilibrium between them has been enterprise’s difficult problem which is beyond solved. This paper de signed the optimal training investment system on the perspective of risks control, and pointed out that the best combination of wages and training in the labour contract is that employee training wages margin substituting rate must be equal to the training price denoted by wages, and provided the referable methods for enterprise training investment decisions.
