INDEPENDENCE STRATEGY OF ENTERPRISES LOCATED IN RURAL-AREAS CITIES
This research searches for the independence strategy of enterprises from data of the achieving success en terprises located in rural-areas cities. In the present Japan, while there were actual conditions, such as a re gional gap and an economic discrepancy, the key of activation of the rural-areas was arranged as the solution. As a result, enterprises and industry activating in rural-areas cities have perceived the factor of the “positive instead of “negative of the element in enterprises. Moreover, the original way of thinking and technology are converted into property and tied to sales as core competence. In this research, a strategy model of enterprises in rural-areas cities in a future is shown.
