PROPOSAL AND EVALUATION OF RETRIEVAL SYSTEM APPLIED AHP IN ORDER TO SELECT LEASEHOLD FOR NEW STUDENT LIFE

In this research, we have developed the retrieval system of leasehold property which could be used for fresh man of each university to find their room. When new students of each university select leasehold property, it con siders the relative importance degree of their two or more evaluation item of「Rent」,「Area of possession」, and 「Convenience of going to school」and so on. And we develop the retrieval system that puts the order about pref erable property in a lot of alternatives of leasehold property and evaluates the characteristic. And actually, we enlisted 30 examinees in this experiment. They are man and woman students from 19 to 25 years old. And com pare and evaluate convenience and satisfaction of the retrieval system of this system and existing system. As the result of experimental utilization, our proposed retrieval system is more useful than existing traditional system.
